Halston T. Davis

Since 2004, Hal has helped hundreds of injured workers like you win the compensation they need to get healthy and get back to work.

Hal spends 100% of his work devoted to workers compensation, 20% of which is dedicated to litigation—fighting to win the benefits denied to his clients by insurance companies.

When Hal isn't in the office or the courtroom, he spends his free time with his family and the big fish of Utah's lakes, rivers and streams. Sometimes, he's even lucky enough to do both at the same time.

Tim Rose

Before joining the firm, Tim served as an Administrative Law Judge at the Utah Labor Commission where he focused on workers’ compensation cases. As an advocate for the injured worker, Tim understands how to navigate the bureaucracy to win the benefits the injured worker deserves and is entitled to by law. Tim also has the empathy necessary to help guide clients through the process, having been an injured worker himself. Tim personally labored in many of the industries where injuries are most likely to happen, having worked in small mining, as a welder, as a truck driver, and having run a housekeeping and property maintenance company for many years.

Tim enjoys spending time with his family, playing the guitar, golfing, or reading a good history book by the fireplace.
